Skills Training and Employment Opportunities

We provide comprehensive training programs focused on sewing and other valuable skills. These training sessions are designed to empower women with the expertise needed to produce our Binti Boxes—reusable menstrual health products that are essential for promoting menstrual hygiene. By learning these skills, women not only gain confidence but also open doors to new opportunities.

Sustainable Income through Binti Boxes

Once trained, the women become integral members of our production team. We purchase the Binti Boxes they create, ensuring a reliable and consistent source of income. This model not only helps the individual women achieve economic stability but also enhances their ability to support their families and contribute to their communities.

Workshops in Business Management and Financial Literacy

We are in the process of designing workshops that will further support these women in their entrepreneurial journeys. These workshops will cover essential topics in business management and financial literacy, providing the knowledge and skills necessary to run successful small businesses, and will provide continuous mentorship. Our hope is to offer comprehensive training that empowers women to manage their finances effectively, plan for growth, and navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship.

The Binti Fund: Supporting New Ventures

To further support these women, we are developing the Binti Fund. This initiative will allow women who complete our workshops to apply for startup funding to launch their small businesses. The Binti Fund aims to provide the necessary financial resources to turn their business ideas into reality, fostering economic independence and community development. We believe that empowering women is key to creating lasting change.
